Tree planting at Glasmore Estate

The afternoon of March 21 was a busy one at Glasmore estate. STT member Jo Fulham joined volunteers, including FCC Councillor Ann Graves, to litter pick before tackling some tree planting.

The 83 tree whips were provided by Swords Woodland Association. Representatives from this group, including Councillor Joe Newman, turned up to help out.

The ribbons, which they tied to the trees, carried an important health message. Each one has the web address: www.seechange.ie

The aim was to encourage people to have open conversations about mental health. The message is that “It’s ok not to feel ok”.
