STT members Matt Cullen and Georgy Hughes took on the task of selecting the winners of the 2024 competition. This year they added the “Best Improved Business Frontage/Window Display. The aim was to encourage businesses to make improvements to the front of their premises. 

The presentations took place on July 31st.

These are the results:

This year’s Overall Winner was The Old Schoolhouse. The STT Perpetual Cup and the Gold Certificate were accepted by Zak Lambe on behalf of the Lawlor family.

Greenstraws came second. The Silver Certificate was presented to Natalia Nowicka.

Third prize went to The Pound. James Morris accepted the Bronze Certificate on their behalf.

The inaugural “Best Improved Business Frontage Certificate” was won by McNamara’s on Dublin Road, which was presented to Suzanne Burke.
